I love shear pleasure, I really do. I travel all the way across the country from New York to get my hair done every... couple times a year. I had a very unpleasant interaction with the front desk receptionist Stephanie. She told me that they were booked out for the next two months and that I need to and I quote “plan accordingly next time” in a very sarcastic manor. I do not holdMy experience with someone like Stephanie against the amazing artists at shear pleasure. In my opinion, they should have someone with a better attitude on the phone!read more

I have had my hair cut at Shear Pleasure for over 46 years and my wife has had her hair cut and styled there for over... 40 years. The salon is privately owned by the Gage family. In addition to the husband and wife team, they have a wonderful staff that provides excellent service in the salon business. I would highly recommend their services to everyone.read more

Went for the first time last week after finding Hannah on IG and LOVED IT. Usually it is hard to find someone who can... get me the icy blonde color with very well blended highlights but Hannah exceeded my expectations. Just moved to this part of town and VERY excited I was able to find her! Highly suggest and I will be back!read more

I first have to say thank you to Rachel for dealing with my post pandemic hair. I hadn't had a haircut in nearly 3... months! My hair grows fast and is super curly, so it's always been a challenge finding a good place. And as a guy, barber shops just don't style my hair the way I need it and always seem to rush. Not to mention clippers aren't exactly my hair's best friend. She managed to give me a low maintenance style that is exactly what I've been wanting and took the time to make sure it was right. Definitely not a rush job! I had a purely professional and enjoyable experience and can't wait to bring my previously untameable mop of hair back again on a more routine basis. To say I was happy with the experience would be an understatement. I'm ecstatic! Thank y'all so much!read more

This place is ok it includes hair cuts on one side and spa on the other , televisions here and there usually sports on... ( espn ) . The hair cuts are not amazing for the time they put in it . Decorations is very nice and modern !read more
